Having a good sleep is very important for us students. But many of us do not care about sleeping, beacause we think there’s nothing serious.The opinion may be wrong. Now, let me tell you something about it.
Sleep can repair the body by allowing it to heal wounds, maintain the inner organs and keep skin refreshed. It’s one of main strategies for healthy, young-looking skin. Sleep also can allow the minds to rest and to reburden all the worries accumulated during a day.
And the less you sleep, the more dangerous you will be. If there’s no sleep for a night, a person will be clumcy. After skipping two nights of sleep,a person will have problems in thinking and doing things.And his or her brain and body will not do their normal tasks.After missing five nights of sleep, a person will hallucinate even stupor.Finally, it becomes difficult for the brain to give instructions to the rest of the body if a person has no sleep.
Many facts indicate that people sleep anywhere between 5 and 11 hours, with 7.75 hours on average. So boys and girls, keep sleeping for 8 hours a day you will get a healthy body.
